Requesting additional photos from a session

I take many photos during a session, delete the bad ones, and then publish a few favorites. I keep the remaining unpublished photos for about a month before purging them.

You can view my favorite photos from each session by date. The page for each date also lists what times I was taking photos.

If you know you were active during a photo session, please email me answers to the following questions to help me find photos of you:

  1. What do you look like? If you attach a photo to the email, that will be very helpful.

  2. If you were surfing, please describe your board. I mainly care about brand, color, and any large stickers with text.

  3. If you were wearing a uniform, please describe it. For example: color, team name, and your number.

Requesting I take your photo in the future

I don’t do photo requests—there are many excellent professional photographers in Hawaii who will gladly photograph you for a reasonable fee. As an amateur, I don’t want to steal business from them.

Requesting I unpublish a photo

If a photo of you is published on one of my sites, I will almost always unpublish it at your request. Please email me a screenshot or link to the photo. It isn’t required, but I would appreciate a description of what you don’t like about the photo so I can learn.

I take photos in good faith, attempting to capture amazing people during awesome or amusing moments. I’m very sorry if my photo of you didn’t achieve that.
